US domestic shipping

Free shipping for orders over $100. We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. We ask for up to 3-5 Business Days (Monday-Friday), for pending availability, credit verification, and order process before shipping. Please note, this may take longer with custom and personalization orders, and we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

While we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, circumstances beyond our control such as delays from our shipping carriers, may affect delivery dates.

All US orders ship via USPS Priority. All ship with tracking. Delivery process may take 2-5 business days.

Returns

Purchases made on Upminders.com may be returned or exchanged 45 days after their purchase date. All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment.

Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Some exclusions may apply.
